| We adopt Strict Quality Control at each stage of production to ensure world class cylinders. Few of the practices include
: |
- Period Callibration of Scanner-Monitor-Chromaline-Cylinder Proof.
- Cheking and improving the H/T images on the colour callibrated monitors to the minutest details.
- Dynamic balancing of each cylinder at 500 RPM.
- Blue print for cone and bore's accuracy.
- Proof with H/T images and exact colour scheme for customers final approval.
- Proof reading and comparison with the original artwork before engraving cylinders

- Inkjet proof of complete cylinder layout having required number of ups in circumfrance and in width and also the autotrone and registration marks.
- Daily anylasis of electroplating baths for Nickel, Copper and Chrome.
- Copper hardness of each cylinder.
- Chrome hardness of each cylinder.
- Diameter of each cylinder from one end to other end of cylinder.
- Roughness of each cylinder.
- Cell geometry (Cell width/ Cell wall/ Depth) for each cylinder is checked to ensure correct reproducibility and consistancy.
- Checking and matching of each cylinder proof with the master sample/ artwork-prior to despatch.
- Proper packing of cylinders to avoid any transit damage.
